然而对于一个幼儿英语教师来说，如何使幼儿对英语产生浓烈的兴趣，开启学习英语之门是提高幼儿英语教育的关键。首先我们必须清楚幼儿的心理特征对英语学习的影响，才能够有的放矢地培养幼儿对英语的兴趣。我们知道，幼儿对语言感受能力极强，模仿能力也极强，听觉敏锐，心理障碍少。所以说幼儿阶段是学习语言的关键时期。幼儿主要有以下几点主要心理特征：①可塑性强，但自控力差。容易培养兴趣，也容易失去兴趣。如果遇到挫折或失败，或者遇到枯燥乏味的教学内容或教学形式，他们很容易对外语学习失去兴趣。②英语学习中能够积极投入，但他们集中注意力的时间有限。他们很容易受到外界因素的影响而分散注意力。③思维能力不如成年人，他们不善于把握语言的系统和规律，也缺乏独立学习的能力。对自己的学习缺乏计划、安排。对教师的依赖性较强。因此，在幼儿英语教学中，要充分考虑幼儿的心理特征，培养幼儿学习英语的兴趣，养成学习英语的良好习惯。因此可以通过以下几种方法培养幼儿的英语学习兴趣。
